I had this happen to one of mine, sadly its a case of low price = low quality. While I did get mine working again this convinced me that the dasmikro was nowhere near robust enough for combat, and I chucked the repaired one and gave away my unused one. Those "resistors" look like capacitors to me. If they are capacitors they probably want to go right across the motor terminals to help suppress any electrical noise generated by the motor brushes. If they actually are resistors, don't connect them across the motors! Yes, those are capacit...
