i have just got into ants working on my first 2 with a bit of help from mr waller i brought a devo 7e just stuck the new firmware on im just stuck on mixing for twin polou tank style motor control any idea?

what about wrapping it in greaseproof paper and using a clothes iron quickly to flatten it??? another option for bonding is a 3d pen with alloy910 in it my 3d pen works at 250c perfect for nylon

found a possible alternative to glue using a friction welding method details found here http://hackaday.com/2014/12/30/3d-print ... n-welding/ i have tried it with pla and abs and works perfect nice strong bond i will try the alloy 910 later

Hi Peter your alloy 910 has just been delivered just tried to snip a bit of my 3mm of the reel had to use heavy snips to cut it think this stuff will do the job nicely i think
