Heating polycarb makes it quite brittle. I always just cold fold and bolt together chassis. Superglue works for a while, but eats the polycarb and it will fail after a few months.

Not mandatory, lots of people just disconnect the battery, it's perfectly fine.

No, however it can be achieved fairly easily using the mixing on the TX to negate the built in mixing.

Yeah MG90s aren't keen on 7.2v. The V3 was aimed at the high voltage servos which are now becoming common in the sport. You'll either have to get a servo that can handle the voltage, or get a 5v BEC to run the servo.

With the NanoTwo V3s, the VEX can be powered directly from the servo socket without any additional wiring required.
