I`ve found a great way to colour RTV silicon using gouache paint.
This is watercolour paint with chalk added. Very cheap and can be mixed to any colour.
I got a starter set of 12 colours in art tubes for £3.50 (for the set) from our local college shop, you only need add a small amount so it will last ages.
The set I got was by Seawhite of Brighton.

You can get them on ebay too, I would think that any make will work and the cheaper the better.
