I like the look of the 6wd bot, always good to see more people experimenting!

On the printed chassis it's nice but that's some really bad warping at the back.

Yeah the guy mentioned that the back corners curved up a bit due to shrinkage, but he'll refund me if find it to be bad once I've check in person.

Just for future reference how would I go about avoiding that on future prints?

Manual support structures in the print.

Essentially you want to eliminate any sharp points (Corners), thin edges or just areas of low surface area in contact with the bed of the printer. Green shows the manual support added for later removal.

Now the plot thickens, I've just been told the back did have support when it was printed.

He probably used the slicers built in support which is always rubbish.

BTW your support on the above image has it's own warping problem. On the corners of the support structure at the base you want the little circle pads like on the corner of my support in the top bit of my pic.
