Got mine today, lovely piece of kit. I'm sure I'll be ordering a few more in the future.

It certainly is it took me almost 5 years to reach my 100th controller.
I think that there are now many more roboteers and that combined with your controllers being cheaper and smaller is helping to encourage many more robots.

Finally got around to testing a N2HV with beetleweight motors. To my great surprise it actually works fairly well! It does lock up if it goes from forward to reverse too fast, but it sometimes does that with ant motors anyway, and other than that it worked fine! Hopefully I can reduce the lock up effect and re-aim these at the Beetle market; I've onlys sold 4 in the last year for antweights.

Here's a video showing it working and the lock up effects: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfgwlJo ... e=youtu.be

If say a 2kg platform can be bummed around for 5 min without death I'm so there. If you want any kind of testers I volunteer as tribute :P

I will be building a proper beetle soon, so it will get some rigorous testing in that. I have done some quick tests under load and it's been fine so far. With any luck, I'll be able to offer the same ESC/RX combined unit that I do for the ants.

Sorry for the sudden pause in kit deliveries for those of you who have ordered them; A shipment of motors seems to have been lost, my PIC programmer died again, and LemonRx aren't shipping to the UK for some reason... I've got a new PIC programmer now at least, so the ESCs themselves are available again, but I'm still waiting to find out what's happened with the motors. Also not sure what to do about the Lemons; hopefully it's to do with them installing their second production line, in which case I'll be able to order some in after the 22nd April, however either way it is still going to be quite a while before I can ship any more kits. It's also exam season soon, so if I do manage to restock, it could take longer than usual to complete new orders.

Appologies again for any inconvenience; I'll keep you updated.

Update:

Motors were waiting for me at my uni flat as I'd hoped, and I got a useful email back from the people from Lemon Rx telling me how to sort out the shipping problem, so hopefully will be back in business sooner than originally expected.
