I can wait...I've just burnt Stewie's new flipper servo. I should have known switching polarity on the servo wouldn't work on a servo. It was operating the opposite way to the original one, so I switched the polarity over, and smoke shortly followed after putting the link in.
Would switching over the motor wires inside the servo get the result I want ?
I've done this 3 years and I still do n00bish things like this

Dave you should be able to swap the wires on the motor as that would reverse it, however if you are using it for as a non modified servo you will have to swap the two side pins on the feedback pot as well, if you didn't change the pot it would have positive feedback turning the motor on and break the servo.
