Hello, I just wanted to fish for some current names of who would be good to talk to about running an antweight tournament in north London.
Main questions being
-When would be best to not clash with the big events?
-Any veterens interested in comeing to a double elimination tournament with with a few side events like football and sumo?
Not too worried about help organising, but letting the right people know would be be good.
This is partially a fundraiser and partially a kickoff event for an Air cadets league, so you'll be doing a good thing by helping me out.

The regular events in the Antweight calendar are the Antweight World Series (AWS) and Reading Robot Club (RRC).
The AWS usually takes place in March, June and October, but this year the AWS is in April to fit in with the school holidays (as it's in Holland).
RRC usually occurs a month or so before each AWS, the next one is on 1st March.
Early May would sound like a favourite time. The June AWS may slip to July, August is bad (holiday time) and I suspect you want to get going before September!
