11th May 2008 Roaming Robots Aylesbury Town Centre

This has always been a fun event for us, no matter how much it rains! So if we can get a firm commitment from five teams then I think we should definitely have a presence there.

I'm in!

I'll get a photo on tonight. I haven't built the armour yet, and it only made its first self-propelled movements yesterday evening.

When we get five teams I'll contact Jonno, he's hosted us a few times before, so I'm sure that there won't be a problem. I'm not really in charge here, just co-ordinating really.

Hmmm, four teams. Well I'll probably come along to watch anyway.

There are FW roboteers that have ants but are not on thsi forum, such as shane Lale, Zak (Saint) and Will, I'll contact himand see if he's coming, shane will be there guarenteed

If Pete brings 4, I bring 3 and a demobot, Simon brings 2 and Josh brings 2, thats still 12 ants plus whatever Shane, Zak and will bring

Was a decision made about this event and if so has anyone enquired from the organisers if it OK for ants to enter as it appears to be heavies and feathers.

I'll get in tough with Jonno, I shouldn't see a problem. As for a desision, I'm going and I'm taking ants even if no-one else is. I know for a fact that Josh is also attending, so we should have a fair few ants to put on a little contest

Simon, have you decided if you are attending ?
