Anyone want to bid to run AWS24? I think Gary mentioned he'd do it.

I can't deny it! I did say I'd run it if no-one else wanted to.

If anyone more centrally located (and not currently under water :( ) wants to have a go - please volunteer now.

I'm well aware that many people are making the trip down to sunny (yesterday) Sussex in Feb. for Modelworld, so I don't want it to seem to those of a more northerly persuasion that "all the events are on the south coast".

I think Josh (and family) expressed an interest in running an event?

I say (FWIW!) that we go with Josh. Although he's only 13 I'm certain that this will be a family effort. Also it's a nice accessible location for most people.

Josh, if you need any help/advice any of us old f***s who have been around longer than we care to remember are more than happy to help out. Or you could ask James. He's only 13 too but has helped run almost all the last 16 AWS's in some way or another!

So what do the other venerable members o't'committee think?
