I wont be able to come to this event, even though I said it earlier.
I got my summer job constant from June to August, which is just when AWS 23 is. Sorry guys!

Well, looks like it will be a small one, 22 ants by rough estimate! (unless i've forgotten someone who is yet to sign up...). Ah well, we'll try and arrange a few more activities then. Got a pilot plan for ant football that I'm trying out. Anyone else got any other ideas?
Also, does anyone who isn't coming fancy sending their ants? Just to bulk up competition...

I'll gladly send mine, its just unfortunate that I'll be jetting to Vegas the day before AWS23.

Who wants them ?

I'm afraid I won't be able to commit to this one just yet. Firstly because I need check transport arrangements and secondly because Antisocial is currently in pieces awaiting a titanium clad rebuild.

Right, well, a couple of things for those who are coming:

Firstly, am I right in thinking Pete's providing the arena? Once thats confirmed I need not worry about it anymore.

Also, if there are so few ants, would people prefer to use Pete's double elimination system, like at the last event, or a league system, sometimes used at RRC's?
The league system would probably mean at least three fights per robot, and would make the whole thing last a more respectable length, but does start to fall down if people pull out or break (or if you have Katjushca in your original group).
Let me know your thoughts.

I will be bringing my new arena and am happy with either league or double elimination.
