I think every thing is ready now. The only problem with the main room is it only has two power socket in one corner. I have made up two long extension leads one double for the arena camera and a 4 way one for the team tables. I have a further short 4 way so if anyone can bring an extra one that might be useful. I now have a 40Mhz peg board so whoever it was I ask to bring one thank you but I won't need it. I could do with someone to bring a camera and take the shots during the weighing and size checking process. My stop watch is playing up so if anyone has one they can bring it would be useful. The building should be unlocked at 9am but most people won't make it much before 10 but at least you will be able to get in and even help get out the tables if watching an OAP struggling on his own gets to much for you. We have to be out by 17:00 so we should have plenty of time. Its difficult to predict exact timings but I reckon:
10:00 - 10:30 Weighing, checking and draw
10:30 - 11.45 Non spinner knockout
11:45 - 12:15 Mini Sumo
12:15 - 13:15 Lunch and Commitee Meeting
13:15 - 15:45 AWS22
15:45 - 16:30 What ever you want to do Tag, Melee, etc
16:30 - 16:45 Presentations
16:45 - 17:00 Packup and clear up
If people need to leave early we could always cut down on lunch and have the meeting at the end.

Thanks for the day Peter. Was pretty good, my new ant got further than the others and maybe should have won the matches I lost.

I won;t be able to post the details and pictures until mid-week, away for a few days and back Wed. Will still have net access to the forum but won;t be able to edit and FTP to my site.

Hi Peter, thanks for a great day, I really enjoyed it, and it's an excellent venue, really easy to find.

Well done to Leo, a really deserving winner.

Great event Pete, and well done to Leo, not bad for your second go :)

Sorry if I got a bit short with anyone, I was irritated by F.I.N's sudden desission to pack in
