Hi i am just building my first ant and was shocked to find there was no events in scotland. If there are any antbotters out there intrested in starting scottish events please reply asap.

I'm pretty sure you're the only one. And as pretty much all of us live in the south, you'd have a job on your hands. But then again, there's been an event in ireland, so maybe people won't mind travelling.

Personally, unless its an AWS, count me out.

I could possibly make it to a Scottish event, no promises though :P personally I'd say running an event is a huge responsibility, and a hell of a lot more complicated then it looks from the outside. Leave it until you've got into the scene a bit more :)

i could make it to a scottish event but cant run one.
