Post-AWS19 Meal

Post by BeligerAnt »

Is anyone staying in Hull Saturday night and hence looking for food after the event? Or need to get a decent meal before trekking off home?

Anyone fancy a post-AWS meal? Nothing grand or formal, maybe just descend on the local Pizza Hut/pub-restaurant/etc (must be family-friendly!)

We might need to make a reservation if there's going to be a lot of us, but most places aren't very busy if we make it more-or-less straight after the event.

Dave, can you recommend anywhere?

Anyone interested, sign up (with numbers) below (definite or just maybe).

So to start the ball rolling, there's 4 of us, and we definitely need to find somewhere to eat!

There's a very nice family friendly pub directly across the road from the event Gary. Would be very easy to all trekk across there afterwards. We've never needed a resevation to eat there before either. There's also another couple of pubs just down the road, and even more on the route between the venue and the travel lodge. Very easy to find somewhere! lol

I'd sooo love it if the draw came out so you 2 had to fight each other. Tim's a better sport anyhow, I don't mind him winning cos he makes the best machine. :P

Sounds like a good idea. I'd go for a pizza rather than a pub though.

Maybe you ought to book some long term accomodation if you are staying until Tim wins again
