I found this very strange:

When I was about to be 13 I think, AWS13 was held, but at AWS15 I was 15 years old! How did this come together? Did they have a unussual delay in the time scheme or what?

Just put all my AWS19 pics up here:

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/sandra.arthurs/AWS19/

Feel free to use any you want, and if you want the full size version, throw me an E-mail, I don't have enough webspace left to host them all in full size :P

The receiver on the right is what a Hitec Feather looks like (minus the crystal). The receiver on the left is what Antipathy's Hitec Feather looks like now!

(1) is where the small transistor ended up, stopped only by the IC.
(2) is where the small transistor is meant to be.
(3) is where an even smaller resistor is supposed to be - I don't suppose anyone found a resistor after the event?

This was the work of MBY during the tag-team competition. What are the chances of the blade missing the crystal and wiping these components off the board?

Anyway, at least it looks repairable when I have figured out what the missing bits are...

Actually Gary, I had a similar experience with MBY! Zatoichi's Hitec feather took a good few hits on the same end as Antipathy's and guess what? I now have a loose transistor and resistor but a completely unharmed crystal. Maybe MBY should move the blades upwards a little. lol.

Shameless plug:

Pics and details of both AWS18 and AWS19:

http://www.antweight.co.uk

Let me know if anything is wrong.

Grab any pics of your own ant and upto 5 others with a link to antweight.co.uk

Let me know if you want high-res pics. Webspace is getting a bit tight so have to reduce the size of the images.

I'll email the pics to people when I am at work on Sat, take advantage of the bandwidth.
