Give us some dates and we'll probably be able to let you know if we'll be able to make it.

You're in the right geographical area for the most of us Josh. I'd be interested if I can make the dates....

If you organise an event, we can organise an arena or three! PeteC and I have one each (as used at AWS17), Peter Waller has one (as used at Aylesbury RR) and there are some more around. An arena is probably the least of your worries...

What type of event are you planning? Basically there are two types; the "private get-together" type like an AWS or Simon's RRC for which you typically need to hire a hall for the best part of a day; then there's the "public" type like a Roaming Robots event or school fete where we basically run some demonstration-type competitions and hope to encourage a few more people into the hobby.

Let us know your plans and I'm sure we can help the event happen.
