Yes, I think it's been a cautionary tale of what you need to do to organise an event.

No critisism to Josh, it's his first event, after all.

Most important is to make sure everyone knows the place and time of the event at the start, and to have some kind of registration process in effect from the start (even if it's only an email or a post to this forum).

Less important, but useful, is to keep in contact with your registered atendees, to make sure they're still coming, and to keep them informed if there's a change, or if you need them to do anything.

I'm on RRC10, but I still find it hard to get all those who are comeing to tell me in good time!

Anyway, see you there tomorrow, even if only for an hour or so. I should have the new Dynamite ready, if I can stop its wheels from falling off all the time.

basically all u have to do is find your way onto the piccadily line or metropolitan and then follow ur nose till u get to hilling don were u get off then when you come out of the station turn left and go over the bridge (goes over the m40 and train track) then carry on miss the first left and go down the second (swakeleys drive) if its before bout half twelve then carry on down the road till u get to the big gates on your right that should be open if its before then stop off at mine (nom 10)

if the gates r shut or wateva give us a ring actually if u can give us a ring wen u get out the station then i can tell u where ill be and what gate needs to be used.my mobile nom is 07757263839
