Josh, I think you need to wait until nearer the time for firm commitments from people. By all means ask for people to say whether they're interested or not, so you know if it's worth doing, but don't panic about who's bringing which robots yet. There will be a whole bunch of brand new ones built before next June!

im jst tryin to book spaces and things and i would jst like to kno how many of u would be able to make it.remember that there is no power so unless u have chargers which can be plugged into 12 v batts we cant do much charging unless we share chargers and the pit area would be quite small so u couldnt bring mountains of tools and spares.
