AWS16 medals (at last)

Post by olivers »

I have just posted the winners medals out (better late than never).

Should arrive within 2 weeks. They aren't perfect but not too bad.

Apologies to all waiting for the DVDs - they are coming shortly. I've just got the menus left to do but as I'm sure you can appreciate, with a 6 week old baby in the house and a return to work after paternity leave, I've been very busy and not had much time. I'm hoping to finish and burn the master this weekend which will mean disks going out next week.

Oliver, I have a question about those prizes. I know Voodoo got the price of best newcomer, but I saw it on AWS 15 with a diffrent design! I've been thinking about it a long time, but havent bothered about it, until I remmember that I was thinking of it a time ago :-?
Is Voodo the best newcomer in aws 16 or is this just a mistake?

Hmm, we did see this afterwards but the awards stand.

It's a funny old world.

I hope everyone has got them by now.

AWS 16 DVDs are going out to those that ordered them today. Apologies for the wait, but there are some good fights on the disk and there is a full hour of action - the longest yet.

Anyone else who wants a copy can order through the shop. Also, if anyone wants copies of older WS on DVD (ie pre-WS10) they are also available - email me at robotwars101@lineone.net

Mark, I got confused, no medal for 4th place I'm afraid. If your desperate for one I can cast one for the next WS.
