Re: AWS47 - Yeovil area - July 4th 2015

We could really do with a venue postcode. Looking at a few cheap n cheerful hotels in Yeovil but would have no idea how far they are from where we'd need to be! Unless you can recommend a hotel Rors?
I know camping on your farm is free and its a nice offer but this is our holiday and I'm lucky I get to come play robots in general without trying to convince Gemma to slum it the night before talking robots all the time...

I'm afraid that the best I can offer at the moment is that it'll be within a few miles of my home at TA187PL. There are a few (nice) places near by that you could stay (Though the only place I can think of off the top of my head is Haselbury Mill)

Well, within a few miles of your home is a short taxi or lift away, so that would do :-)

Finally got the dates off work confirmed today so we just booked our hotel in Yeovil. Google maps says its an 18min drive from the rough postcode Rory gave me so if anyone is driving in and fancies picking us up on way that would be glorious. If not we're a couple of mins walk from Yeovil Station which then has trains to Crewekerne (4min journey, seems a bit pointless if we can get a lift).
Thanks in advance!

Yeah, Crewkerne and Yeovil are almost equidistant from where I'm hoping to be setting up, so not much point catching the train :L

Dave, I'll probably be able to come and grab you on the day, I'm travelling up the day before to Rorys.
