I think he knows that :P. And yes, it is for the new spinner. I have someone making one for me but they're having a few issues so am seeking a backup plan just in case.

Hi Peeps.

Just a heads up. There is a VERY SMALL possibility that a camera crew may be coming to do some filming at the AWS for Gemma's profile on...the thing I'm not allowed to mention. It probably wont happen, her researcher needs to seek permission from the producer to come, but if they did want to, would anyone mind?

They know there's limited space and that they shouldn't disrupt the timings of the day. Will said it'd be ok but we wanted to ask you lot too just in case.

Awesome :)

On a similar note, there may be uni photographer there as well to take pics for the engineering department.

Anything that gets more exposure for the robots is always useful.

I've no objection to that - I'd only have a problem if they tried to actually film me!

Quite looking forward to this now - everything looks like being more or less built on time for once (famous last words?). With the ban on commercially available toys, would I still be permitted to bring Spall along for an out of competition Viking funeral of sorts?

I'd love an excuse to be on camera. I did get interviewed when I went to help James May build his Lego house, but sadly it didn't make it onto TV. I even went through the episode slowly in case I was in any of the crowd shots, but sadly not :(.
