Could you not just record the finals & play them back at the end of the show?

It's supposed to be a live stream Ceri, that's the point, they see and hear it as it happens (you up for commentary duty again? :) ).

I also agree with Dave, mixing the rounds is just going to be confusing (plus when I suggested it before it got slammed down), so I think it better to keep a more traditional running order.

Ok, point taken. It was just an idea :). We'll be sticking to a traditional running order then, and I'll probably be asking someone else to run the nanos during the early rounds of the AWS.

I'll be at this one with 2 hopefully competitive ants but nothing spectacular. After missing AWS 44 and having to put my robots to one side for a while, I'm just going to enjoy being at a robot event again and have plenty of time to poke around :)

Also, let me know if there's anyway I can help out.
Keeping an eye on what's required to run something like this.

Dave, please tell me you didn't do what you said you were gonna do and enter 4 spinny things... you wouldn't want poor old transit ant to get all munched up at his first event would you? :)

Unfortunately, due to Hobbyking being awful to me, there is only Dibby that will spin this time. Jonathan, might have a spare robot if you fancy?

Surely you can throw a spinner together with an old brushed motor or something Dave? :P

I could build something that is technically classed at a "spinner", however I do also like to win the occasional fight too...
