ok, do you guys want to do a propper fleaweight tournament then? it would be single elimination because of time restraints but i can do it.

For those with more than one Flea a proper competition would be better even if it is single elimination.

day schedual ( updated )

venue: melrose hall, abbey road, popley, basingstoke, RG249EF.

the event will take place as it did last year in the main hall. there will be tables around the perimetre of the room to be roboteer workbenches. tables will be set up in the middle of the arena to stand the arenas on. a few rows of audience seating will be set up too. refreshments will be available throughout the day however there are also newsagents and a premier if you want to buy your own.

pete has kindly agreed to bring his small practise arena for the fleaweight competition.

nanoweights: i have built my own arena for this event.

practise/testing area:

i will be bringing my practise arena however it has no battle box so please do not activate spinners in this arena.

sign up:
sign up will open at 10 AM and close at 11AM.

I will be running a full robot sign up and tech check. ants will beinputted into the antlog system, the names of fleas andd nanos will be written down so that each one can be introduced into the melees. sign up for the tag team and annihilator
will be opened after the main competition is concluded.

competitions:

NOC ( nanoweight open competition) :

the nanoweights will compete in full double elimination competition.

FOC ( fleaweight open competition)

the fleaweights will also run a full double elimination competition.

the NOC and FOC will both run before the maiin antweight open competition as I realise some people will be clustering their fleas/nanos in the main contest where they are more likely to sustain damage.

AOC ( antweight open competition )

the main competition will be run on a full double elimination system with computerized draws.
there will be a lunch break at some point during this contest. a melee for RR battle ant kits will be run during the lunch break ( battle ant open competition BAOC)

annihilator, tag team.

these contests will be held after the main competition has concluded.

awards ceramony:

this will be held after all competitions have concluded.

as well as the prizes for the competition winners, there will also be a number of voted catagories such as best driver, best newcomer,etc.

we will be coming (probably) whit all are robots that we can get fixed after the aws45 destroyed a few but we have more in the production phase so can have up to 2 fleas, a cluster of the fleas, and 5 other ants.
but we can cut down on numbers if needed
will sine up when we are shore we can come
