AWS44, July, Hinckley ?

I am proposing to run AWS 44 in July in Hinckley, I will still need to confirm the venue is available but as the date is not specific yet I'm hoping it will be. I think early July would be better due to holidays.
Has anyone bagged 44 yet or know of any events I will need to work around?

After running Ant Freeze I'm confident I can organise something bigger, the venue is a modern school with easy access and Hinckley is as central as you could hope for.
Let me know what you all think....

Late June/early July is the usual time for the summer AWS - best to avoid the peak summer holidays. I don't think anyone else has expressed an interest in AWS44. The committee should discuss it at AWS43 - don't worry we don't do formal! Since you've already run a decent event and no-one else has volunteered yet you won't get turned down

I thought I had ? Myself and Haz want to run the next AWS in June/July, hopefully in conjunction with a beetle event in Carterton.

Not sure about October/November time, very busy for me. I'll see what I can do.
I thought I'd read about an AWS after march but couldn't find it again, hence my asking around.

Put my name down for the AWS 45 then. I should be able to do find a date around then.
There is also two big events in October so I'd have to fit between them and I'm on holiday for the second half of November.
