we're planning on running a none spinner warm up, AWS style main competition, tag team contest and an anhialator. is anybody interested in doing a flea event? there will be certificates available as well as medals and a trophy for the winner of the main competition.

Hi Guys,

New to the Forum but some of you may recognise the name from the last couple of AWS events and maybe even RRC before then. I’m defiantly for up for an event in Basingstoke at that time, it’s always nice to make a visit to my home town

because the event will fall around the time of children in need and the event will have a small audience, we are thinking of applying for a charity collection box.

I'll be at Collectormania in MK this weekend so can't make this even though it's just down the road.

so far we have fifteen robots signed up. I think it'll be a 10AM start. hopefully we can get some more teams signed up before the 23rd. thanks to everyone that has already signed their robots up.

I hate to be a burden, but is there anyone who'd be able to give me a lift from/to Basingstoke Rail Station? If so, what time would you like me to be there for?

Scott I'll be going into Basingstoke station as well so we could always split the cost of a cab?

a cab from the station to abbey road costs about a fiver. alternatively the number 5 buss leaves from the front of the station and will drop you off practicly at the door of the hall. let me know if you want walking directions.
