Took mine a couple of weeks to arrive after I paid for it recently, but I'm sure if you fill the form out and give the money in on the day you'll be ok, even if you don't have your number yet.

Simon, there's an email address for Kane on the letter I got with my membership. I'd say send and email and ask.
