Peter, they haven't sent the passes out this year, so you will have to pick one up at the door. I don't know how they are going to administer the bus! Since photocopies of the vehicle parking permits are acceptable, I will email you one.
All: You will have to give your name at the exhibitors stand by the back entrance and then you will be given a badge.
Our stand is number 79
Simon, you will need to keep Nathan with you before 10:00 and after 17:30 as he is under 14. (Only applies outside of public hours)

We should have a lot of wall, and no Brighton Centre display boards this year James has just finished a 30-minute DVD of info, fight clips and stills 8)

Just got back from setting up for Modelworld.
Bit of a change of plan re: location. According to the exhibition guide we are in the "foyer" (landing) at the rear entrance. For those that have been before, you know it's not big enough!
So now we are in the bar area (bar not open!) just off of the Hewison Hall, which in turn is off of the main hall.
The Hewison Hall is where the slot-car racing is situated. We are in the bar the opposite side to the slot cars.
Not sure how frequency control will cope with us and all the R/C tanks (and boats?) in the main hall...
We are now stand 179, something else they didn't tell me.
