Still no reply to any of these questions, so might I suggest a working plan of simply having the arenas ready (I'll bring my speedway and football) and we go for a cut down competition on each of the sessions (for those who are coming on both days).
In fact, we can have two styles of competition: one just for dedicated antweight roboteers, with our usual style one bout every five minutes and a longer-running slower paced competition for those who have another weight class and who will be there for all three sessions. The general style of 2 day competitions for featherweights is to have three or four bouts over a two hour period, because it takes so much longer to get the big robots ready and because featherweights are sharing the arena with heavyweights, so those roboteers just won't be ready/able to keep up the pace of competition that us antweight roboteers are used to (also because they'll also need time to do their other robots as well).
So how does that sound? does it make sense?

Oops, I must admit, I didn't realise it was going to be so late either.
I just had a question by email on how to sign up. You do it at http://robotslive.co.uk/signup2.htm
