It looks like I will be able to attend with haywire in a very basic flipper form for the non spinner competition as it is a short drive form my nans. Hopefully it won't be long before it has a flywheel to take to the arena.

Jack, please add a calendar entry for the event, which also generates the sign-up page and some admin tools for you. See the sticky at the top of the Events thread for details, and the Committee thread for a detailed how-to.

Might be a bit early to ask but what would be the best way of getting there by public transport, from Walsall/Birmingham New St. railway station?

Hopefully it's not much of a bother to answer, hopefully I'll be driving this time next year so things will be easier :)

There is no option for 2.4ghz on the registration form?

Or am I missing something?

Partly the form is a bit out of date  but also it doesn't matter with 2.4GHz as you don't get frequency clashes. (Well you do, but the radio sorts it out for you!)
