No i am saying of all the TX's I've had before, I never had them in that layout before.
Normally I had either 1 (thr) and 2 (aile) on left and 3 (ele) and 4 (rud) on right, or 1 and 2 on right and 3 and 4 on left. But the 1 and 4, 2 and 3 combination i could set up om my FX18 for instance, but was not standard.
It works, and your description is correct, I just found it odd, thats all.
btw? did you test the vtail or crossmixing yet? I havent and i'd like know know if it works ok.

Hi Leo,
It's like Spektrum want to change the position of the clutch and brake pedal in a car, very odd.
I don't really understand any of these aircraft terms. I was just trying to get it to work as a robot!
BTW, did you see that super lightweight Spektrum receiver that only works with the DX7 transmitter, it's 3.5g, and that's with its plastic casing.

I've just added to page http://windisch.co.uk/robots/howto/use_ ... rum_rc.htm explaining how to solder connections between the Spectrum AR6000 receiver and a Sozbots control board.

I have finally got round to working out how to produce a website from scratch and redesigned my out of date site. It is by no means finished but is much more up to date and includes my Minisumo, Micromouse and Humanoid robots. Any feedback or problems with different browsers let me know. You can find it at the same old address:
