hey guys
the latest on ValiANT...
turns out the tx i got from al's hobbys was broken , so we sent that back and bought a hitec laser 4 from smc.
going to drill holes in the chassie to save some weight that the wheels put on.
as the servos, rx, battery etc came with the dead tx, we are going to buy some more parts soon.
well, that somes up what has happend so far with ValiANT

hi
had a big party to celebrate the end of the 11+ and the reeds news today
when... suddenly, a letter popped through the door, it was from Haliford, one of the grammer schools...
well... I...GOT...IN not enough emotions to describe how that felt
also, on friday i had a bit of a boo-boo with the polycarb, there i was cutting out the chassie that i hadn't finnished last sataday when in came my bros running and screaming and that made me cut a diaganol line through the polycarb and ruining the sheet, so i ordered anougher sheet, that means it will not arrive in time for my class production, so the 1st prototype will be made out of mounting board

The 11+ only exists in areas where there are still selective Grammar Schools. Many areas went over to a completely comprehensive system many many years ago. For example Sussex has no grammar schools, but neighbouring Kent still does.
