I just clicked on your link and got straight in so maybe it was off line when you tried.

I e-mailed them because I bought parts from them and there seems to be an error. For some strange reason they aren't e-mailing me back. Are they that slow? Or did they just ignore the e-mail? Makes me mad  , it's been more then a week.

Try it again. I can vouch for their service. They have helped me out lots of times. But sometimes their delivery of parts can be very slow.

First time i bought a spektrum there, 1 month.
Second time i bought br6000's, 4 days.
Third time i bought 10 spektrums and 18 br6000's, also one month (but given the size of the order that was not a surprise).
Fourth time some parts for me and a friend of mine, 2 weeks.

So all in all, not a next business day delivery but not that bad considering it has to come from the US and there are customs involved.

Not all for me. I bought them for several Dutch and German roboteers as a joint venture.

How come when I bought the parts it never e-mailed me?

After your done the steps there is a white screen with newsletters, isn't that the last step? I remember it saying that they will be sending an e-mail to me but they never did.

Maybe I should just retry it again.

I bought the stuff again and the same stuff happened. If it's not to much problem, did they charge you guys right away, or a few days later from the order over the net? Because when I did it again everything was the same. I'm now afraid that I bought the same parts two times, oh damn  .

Is it possible your order confirmations get caught in a spam filter from your service provider,or even your own? I know that happens to me sometimes.
