I've bought some Baby-O esc from Pololu to replace the Sabretooth in my robot's setup, however I am uncertain about a couple of things.
Firstly, where am I supposed to connect the power leads to, and secondly will I need to programme the esc or can it be used straight out of the packet once soldered in. If it so happens that I will need to program it, how should I go about programming it (no previous programming experience).
Thanks in advance to those who can help.

You will need to programme it. You need to buy a seperate programmer to do this. This is the guide I used.
http://www.pololu.com/docs/0J37/all
The power leads need to be soldered to VIN (red lead) and GND (black lead). But it won't do anything until it's been programmed.
