Heya Haz.
I got a couple of those. The 3 motor wires solder to thr points between the pairs of chips in your pic.
Hope that makes sense??

hey, help the fool time once again i'm afraid :-?
normaly i can turn the motor round (and it spins) pretty smoothly, now after not being used in a while it feels really stiff and doesn't spin up very well and it seems something is grinding inside it making this happen, i had a look inside and found a small shard of metal inside and that made it a little better, how can i fix this completley

thank you :)

Problem is that any metal shards cling to the magnets around the inside rim of the motor.
I have spent a good hour cleaning metal filings from the magnets. It did work, and turn freely again, eventually.
I found using tissues to wipe the magnets was the best way, changing tissues frequently, otherwise you just transfer the bits of metal around the magnets.
It can be done, just takes a while. :)
(Edit: You have to dismantle the motor to get to the inside.)
