brushless help?

Nope, both the motor and the controller are stone cold and there is no short circuiting.

use cheaper, better parts :P
your motor alone cost more than my whole setup, runs fine :)
trying a different esc might help

I have a very simple problem too what Chris is describing. I'm going to take it to brighton to have someone that knows what they're doing to have a look at it :P.
