Can I just ask how long peoples shapeways orders are taking?

One of mine was meant to arrive on the 9th but still hasn't.

I ordered mine on the..........06/09/11
and was quoted deliver........20/09/11
told in production..............16/09/11
arrived...........................23/09/11
Interestingly I didn't get an email from UPS with a tracking number as I did before.
So unless your order is for metal or something exotic it sounds late.

Just plain old WSF, I sent a few emails to try and chase this up today but I shall just have to wait for what they say.

I'm currently trying to convert a 2d shape in sketchup into a 2d dxf file, I've done it before but I can't remember how, anybody had any luck with this?
