New Ants - problems

Post by razerdave »

Hi All

As some of you are aware I have ditched servos for the use of geared motors. However, these are also giving me issues. I have recently completed Baby Hell, and it seems that 1 motor runs fine in both directions, and 1 seems to only run in 1 direction. If anyone's got any bright ideas I'd love to hear them

thanks in advance

You need to check if it is the motor or the controller. It is normally the controller in these situations although I recently had a motor that was jamming in one direction due to a bent set of brushes. Swap the motors and if the fault follows the motor its that if it stays with he controller then that is faulty.
