Servo diagrams

Post by Adam Hargreaves »

Hi. Has anybody got any burnt out micro servos that I could possibly buy/rent from them? I need the gearboxes for my DT project (I have motors from SD200s, so those would be prefferable).

Sorry, I don't usually like scrounging like this, but I'm skint atm!

As well as the above: does anybody know where I can get blueprints for any micro servo, and a standard servo (with dimensions on)

Adam, I think you will struggle to find official dimensioned drawings of servos. The suppliers usually only give overall dimensions as lxwxh. Try trawling round the manufacturers web sites - you may find something.

I have resorted to drawing my own dimensioned drawings (from measurements!) for design purposes...

If I were you I'd think about drilling them out to 2mm and getting M2 bolts.
