Yeah, the towerpro servos are quite ttricky to mod. You have to midfy the case, as there's a stopper where the final gear comes out of the case. A stanley knife and some pliers did the trick though!

Dremel type tools with a grinding bit are excellent for that - you do need to wear a mask over your mouth though...lots of little fragments....

I have just brought some lovely little servos. Blue Bird 380MAX.

Haven't looked at 360 degree mod yet or speed mod. Think a speed mod would be unlikely though.

Slower than the HPX F which are easy to do a 360 mod and don't need speed modding.

The 380MAX's look to be a very nice weapns servo. Getting on for 5kg/cm at 6v
