The best reason why Ofsted would be great is that Ofsted vs WJEC would be just brilliant.

Unlike everyone else in antweights I thought I would be the person who finishes them very early but here I am the night before with neither working so fun times tonight :O

Progress after like 2 months basically hasn't existed , haz has designed a disk, being cut soon but that's about it, i cant afford rory till after Christmas and I can't build a chassis other than a cardboard design until after I have the stuff.Because reasons the building material will either be mdf pinched from school or my trademark coaster.the design may look alittle like a cork babymetal but its Alex to blame for making me want a 4wd spinner

thanks a lot to harry for designing the disc for me, insert arty pic below:

hopefully that works and the line up of future people to hound is looking like
-lasermaster / kcut
-alex (be very afraid)
-pete's shiny arena (not sure that the disc will break anything except the arena and my own robot, or at least that will true if bad idea is anything to go by :P :P :P )

EDIT: picture is failing to work
EDIT 9ISH: pic works now

PROGRESS:
Christmas and my birthday have came and gone and 2016's robot budget has been born and plans have been started, I'm hoping to get everything done for the next aws the is also a large chance I am not coming to antfreeze so my name my need to leave the list.
The biggest success is an accurate CAD design on sketchup with everything included so all I need to do is order the parts and build to my own instructions, the idea of self destruction scared me a bit but the part that attaches the motor and disc to the chassis is 2mm steel, equal to that of the disc (should I get it made from steel or hardox??) so no brakey brakey here.

You'd have a hard time making it from 2mm hardox! It's difficult stuff to get ahold of and even more difficult to work.

Looking good though. My advice would be to see if you can squish everything down more, should give you some more weight to armour those components.

I've got a bit of weight but when I said Hardox I meant for the disc not the chassis( still haven't ordered the disc yet ) if I make the main support 1.5mm steel it should be strong enough (my dad is going to try and get some off cuts from work) and that would save me about 5g which could be used for a lightweight electronics cover, it's currently going to only be made of steel and aluminium so I'm sure if weight became a task then I could just betray the way of the metal.
