I would love to say yes but it unfortunately isn't, but it is nearly as common, I think said mystery material makes up by having a slight elasticity

My Rory has arrived, my main chassis is bent, my only other main piece is cut and bent so only got to now to screw it together and attach everything but I happen to lack all the little things from 3mm bolts to motor + disc connection and only a million wire shortenings and solder joints! All in about my 3 or 4 free weekends before April as well! Pictures will come soon if I can get it to work

Can I just say Ofsted is a brilliant name, and any future spinner of mine will be called that.

Great progress is happening and I can't get pictures to work but once it starts spinning I'll upload a video however I do have 1 important question:
The spinner is auto set to the second joystick but the up down throttle is not spring loaded so I was wondering if there is a way to swap it so it powers up on the horizontal axis of the same joystick without modding the controller?

But the horizontal axis is spring-loaded to the centre which will spin the disc at half speed - probably not what you want!
It may be possible to add a spring to the vertical axis but that would mean modifying the transmitter.

Yeah you don't want it on a sprung stick; with a weapon, fully down is off.

Even if the esc has reverse?(I'm 99% sure it does)

Almost no small brushless ESCs have reverse... But if it does then yes, you'd need a sprung stick...
