Araldite or similar epoxy should do it, maybe with some coarse sandpaper or similar to rough up the gear faces for a better bond.

Most glues will struggle with nylon. Epoxy is perhaps the best bet (apart from some esoteric solutions). If you can put a pin through the gears it will help enormously. Failing that, if you can drill some (very) small holes in the gears it will really help the epoxy to hold everything together.
