Slight thread drift but very grateful for the hacking on the TZ85a controllers
I started out with nothing and still have most of it left

The code and documentation are now available on Github:
https://github.com/GaryA/antweight-esc

So far there is support for the HobbyWing FlyFun 6A, others may be added when I have the time/inclination/need (unless anyone else cares to contribute!). Currently each speed controller is used to drive a single motor, calibrated for a "standard" pulse width of 1-2ms. For failsafe/protection it includes an under-voltage cutout and R/C signal timeout.

Slightly off topic but can an arduino be used to reprogram the TZ85A? I realise it doesn't use the silicon labs chip but can it still be done?

I've just used the standard USBAsp programmers and a processor clip - works a treat
