I was just on the Hobbyking site and there records show I have had 23 orders from them and as far as I can remember I have never had any problems.
I know all the recent ones have been from their UK office and they have always been very prompt.
I have one order outstanding that I ordered too late on Friday to be processed but which was despatched yesterday and should be in today so I will let you know if it is late.

Judging on the fact both me and Andy (Spyro) have had orders go missing, I think their UK warehouse is actually an England warehouse...

I'm in the same boat as Pete, always very reliable. All of mine have been dispatched to sunny Wales and arrived on time or sooner than expected. I've had about 13 from China and 3 from UK.

I thought they had let me down but the postoffice van finally turned up at around 5 pm.

I've never had a problem yet (fingers crossed)... It's starting to sound like they've just taken a disliking to some people :L

The problem is their claim procedure is so lengthy. If it doesn't arrive, you have to contact them on their stupid live chat where you get a Chinese person with bad English who puts a trace on your order and then you have to wait another 30 days before contacting them again to find out if anything has happened and only then will they consider refunding you maybe. I've effectively simply given them £70 so far.

Anyway, we shouldn't be clogging up Rory's feed with this. Sorry Rory.

Hey, I started it! :P Well with any luck, there should be a parcel from HK waiting for me at my uni flat...

On a similar note, I realised today that that package gives me all the parts I need to make a fully working fleaweight Dead Metal... the question is; if I built it, how terrible would it be? :P
