I think HDPE might be a bit soft in the thickness's needed, but polycarb is a thing.

I have used these in the past and although not that flat at 12mm square section they fit in the height of the gearmotors.

Hey peeps. Got Blueberry driving. Pretty happy that I managed to keep the wheels inside the body. Love me some circular robots, anyone for extreme air hockey?

Next bit I will have to do is get a top cover and maybe switch on there and then its electrically done. I think I'm going to bend the bar down for a pseudo FBS effect and to increase the chances of it pinging itself into space.

I know its called Blueberry Pi but I'm going to refer to it as Benevolent Ruler if you do pain the bar that way.

Broke the bar when bending it. It got to about 45 deg and then it fractured. Permission to say cock. Will make up a new one somehow.

Quite probably, either that or a thicker aluminium replacement bar I could tip with something.
