Oh dear.
Dave, you have let yourself down, in fact you have let all of us down.
The whole world just became a little bit sadder. :(

Things are very much coming together a bit last minute for this next AWS (for me anyway) but results are starting to emerge. First up on Gemma's team, the troublesome Roy Lichtenstein.

I recently wired it up wrong and klled the speedo and the reciever, but all is new and fixed now and it seems to work well enough. It has a weapon we are calling the rotivator, which is wired into the drive system and spins upwards as the robot drives forwards in an attempt to lift and snare the opponent. Works ok in practice, probably not so good in the arena, but its a fun machine.

For me, I have finished my clusterbot The Omnishambles

and one of my 4 wheel drive machines, Tim Henchman

3 more to build, 2 for me and 1 for Gemma.
