I'm only disappointed it's not called Raoul's Revenge.

Blimey!Could you get the hardox milled? Or is it too hard? I used a heavy bar in the barbarian, it proved to be completely undriveable because of the weight! Was great fun though!

Sounds good! If you do find some, let me know!
50g! Blimey. I bet that packs a punch! Blockheads "head" is just over 30g.

Not sure if it can be milled or not, but it can water/ laser cut (it's used a lot in feather and heavyweights). If a source of 2mm hardox can be found, planning on getting a sheet sent off for a whole load of blades to be cut.

And Bad Idea is currently in it's 2nd chassis; it's actually really quick and manoeuvrable now, but invariably hurls itself out of the arena in it's first hit.. Does a lot of damage in that hit though so still good fun! Here's a video of it breaking things.. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CXAtMM6tIjM

You can mill hardox, finding somewhere that does it and is not insane money is another matter. I hate working with it, had to pocket my featherweight's wedge and that was such an asspain

what might be an option is toolox, which is still a fairly hard and tough steel but is a hell of a lot easier to machine,

If you want I can hook you up with a block of the stuff if you want to give it a try :)

Yeah, I generally stick to angle grinding and drilling hardox (and even then you need a sharp cobalt drill and lots of cutting fluid). It does have the advantage it can be welded, but that's only really useful in beetles and above..
