You could probably squeeze in the weight limit by going to a B328 + RX32 combo, switching to a of Turnigy Nanotech 2S 160mAh battery, using a Plush6 BESC for the weapon and swapping the 3-4mm thick HDPE for some 1.6-2mm fiber glass / PCB :)

i'm finkin' that if i put a smaller battery in, i might be almost in weight, its 138g without.
2x 135mah cells, ding dong thats my song!
probably have to get a few pairs to last an event.
if i did make hte holes 3x bigger there would be more hole than robot!!
just need to scruple me some bits and i'll be fine :)
