Re: Team Coolspeedbot's robot builds
The new servos arrived and wow they do have kick to them, Killer-Wolf can now self-right without the use of a roll frame on its back.

built my own hinge for Bunny-Ears’ flipper and gave it a test fire, might need some adjusting but its getting there.

Re: Team Coolspeedbot's robot builds
So I got the N2LV from Rory yesterday but it appears that something is causing the ESC to not control the motors at the same time. I messaged Rory about it and from what he's said it could be that something is conflicting with the ESCs mixer.
Now I checked my DX6i and disabled its mixer but still the trouble remains, so the likely cause is the RX which is a Lemon RX.
But I want to double check,

But I want to double check,
- what settings on the Spektrum DX6i enable the mixing
and does the Lemon RX have a mixer?

Re: Team Coolspeedbot's robot builds
The lemon receiver does not have mixing but there are several methods of mixing on the DX6i.
To make sure they are all off
go to ADJUST LIST
set MIX 1 to INH
set MIX 2 to INH
go to SETUP LIST
Select WINGTAIL
set DUAL AILE to INH
set V-TAIL to INH
set ELEVON to INH
That I think covers it good luck.

Re: Team Coolspeedbot's robot builds
You got a pic of how you've set it up? It should be on the Aileron and Elevator channels of the RX

Re: Team Coolspeedbot's robot builds
I should better explain the issue:
when I move the right stick forward, the right motor spins forward, when I push the stick down the left motor spins, pushing right the left motor spins, pushing left the right motor spins.

Re: Team Coolspeedbot's robot builds
Just as an experiment, try it on the Aileron and Rudder channels. It may be that the DSMX lemons have a different output rate that the ESC is struggling with. If it works on Aileron and Rudder but not Aileron and Elevator then I can reprogram it to fix that.
