hey, any of you live anywere in east midlands, like nearish to stamford , peterborough nottingham etc, cause i know AWS and reading robot club take place, but there possibly a bit far unless theres trains going close by to each of them, annoying being stuck in the middle of no were :(

come to think of it, whats the best gear ratio for a antweight, basically, not giving too much away about mine, but itll be a rectangle main part with two triangle parts coming out to the front, with a scoop shaped around the middle bit which lifts, and possibly with a axe although i know they dont ...

oh right i thought the minimum for featherweights was 1kg, but with the high end maximum there a non existant weight end i guess lol, and thanks very much, well ill just re adjust the parts i bought and take some back to get it to 150 g, thanks

Motor Question

For antweights can you use brushed motors as they come, just putting the wheel on the spindle and with a speed controller at the other end going to the reciever? cause ive seen the geared motors, whats the different between having the geared part on the motor to putting the wheels on the motor spind...

Between antweights and featherweights,

well maybe a silly question but is there a weight class between antweights and featherweights? i know super antweights is there, but thats not official, is there a official one? as im building one but the parts ive got add up to 300, which i maybe could tone down to a super ant with a lighter batter...
